تازەترین تاریف سەواد یا زانست و رەوڵ و نەقشێ لە ئەوەز بیین پڕماناێ لە ژیان ئنسان!
شاێەت ئەرامان جاڵب بوت کە بزاانیم زانیاری و خوەندنەوە لەسەر سەواد لە سەدەێ وەرین فرە ئەوەز بیەس و ئیە چوارمین تاریف سەوادە کە لەتەرەف یونسکو وە شێوەێ ڕەسمی اێلان بوت.
کوڵ و کوتا و وەپاێ ئی تاریفە، سەوادار کەسێکە کە بتوانێ لە خوەندنەوەکان و زانستەکان خوەێ لە ژیان خوەێ ئاڵوگوڕ دروس بکەێ.
وە تاریف تازەێک کە یونسکو ئەنجامێ داگەس داشتن سەواد ،یا توانایی “ئاڵگوڕ” (چەینجە) و سەودار کەسێکە کە بتوانێ وە ئەوەێ یاگێ گردگەس لە ژیان خوەێ ئاڵوگوڕ دروس بکەی.
تاریف یەکم لە سەواد!
توانایی، خوەنین و نویسان ئەوەلین تاریفێک بوی کە لە ئەوەڵ سەدەێ بیسم اێلان کریا، کە تەنیا تەکیە کردە سەر توانایی خوەندن و نویسان وە زوان داڵکی. وەپاێ ئی تاریفە، کەسێک سەواد داشت کە بتوانی خوەندن و نویسان وە زوان داڵکی خوەێ بزانێ.
تاریف دوێم!
زیاگ بوین یاگ گردن ئستفادە وە یا وەکار بردن کامپویتر و زانین زوانێکتر بێجگە لە زاون داڵکی.
لە ئاخر سەدەێ بیسم، سازمان نەتەوە یەکگرتگەکان تاریف دوێم لە سەواد اێلان کردن.
لەی تاریف تازەێا، ، سەرەڕاێ توانایی و و خوەنین و نویسان وە زوان داڵکی، توانایی و وەکاربردن یا توانست استفادە کردن لە کامپویتر و و زانین یەک زوانتر خارجی وەپێ زیاگ کریا.

سازمان نەتەوە یەکگردگەکان لە دەێەێ دوێم سەدەێ ٢١، جارێکتر لە خوەندنەوە لەسەر سەواد ئاڵوگوڕ دروس کرد. لەی تاریفە ماناو مەفهوم سەواد وەگشتی ئەوەز بوی.
مەهارەتگەلێک اێلان کریا کە ئی توانایی و مەهارەتگەلە بویە ئەساس سەوادار بوین.
وەیشکڵە کەسێک کە لە یە ڕشتە زانکو توانستوت مەدرەک دوکترا وەدەس بارێ، تەقریبەن ٥ دەرسەد سەوادار هەساو بوت.
ئیسە چیمنە سەر بڕێک لەو مەهارەتگەلە!
١. سەواد ئاتفی: توانایی دروس کردن رەوابت ئاتفی وەگەرد بنەماڵە و دوسەێل
٢. سەواد هەڵسبنیش یا ارتباتی: توانایی دروس کردن ارتبات دروس و موناسب وەگەرد مەردم و زانستن ئاداب و ڕسوم کۆمەڵاێەتی
٣. سەواد ماڵی: توانایی کونتروڵ ماڵی بنەماڵە، زانستن شێوە و ڕەوشگەل پویل پشت دەسخستن و کونتروڵ دەخڵ خەرج
٤. سەواد وەبار هاوردن: توانایی وەبار هاوردن مناڵ وە شێوە و ڕەوشگەل دروس و شایستە
٥. سەواد سڵامەتی: زانستن زانیاری موهم لەبارەێ خواردن سالم و کونترول و وەرگیری لە نەخوەشیەکان
٦. سەواد ڕەسانەیی: ئیەێکە هەر کەس بزانێ کام مدیا یا رەسانە خاس وە یا خراوە، یا جێباوەڕ و موتەبەرە
٧. سەواد نژادی و اتنیکی: زانستن و داشتن شناخت نەتەوەیی و اتنیکی لەسەر ئەساس اترام، قورب و تەوفیر نەزانستن
٨. سەواد ژینگەپارێزی: زانست و توانستن ژینگە پاریزی یەکیتر لە موئیارگەل داشتن سەوادە
٩. سەواد تالیل کردن: توانایی زانست، هەڵسەنگانن و تالیل نەزەریگەل جوراوجور و هاوردن استدلالگەل مەنتقی، بێ تاسب وداوەری یا قەزاوەت بێ مەدرەک و بێ فاکت
١٠. سەواد انرژی: توانای مودیریەت لە خەرج کردن انرژی
١١. سەواد علمی: بێجگە لە سەواد یا زانست دانشگایی، توانایی باس و تالیل کردن و حەڵ کردن باسەکان وە ڕێکارگەل علمی و ئەقڵانی یەکیتر لە ئەساسگەل داشتن سەوادە
