On the other hand, Saeed Shirzad from Karmashan(Kermanshah) also suffered from a loss 17kg of his weight after a 53-day hunger strike. this Kurdish and Yarsani prisoners have been on hunger strike since August 18 this year along with several other prisoners.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 256px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en.radiozamaneh.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Saeed-Shirzad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"144\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Saeed-Shirzad<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Human rights defender and prisoner of conscience Saeed Shirzad started a hunger strike on 31 March in protest at the authorities\u2019 disregard for regulations governing separation of different categories of prisoners. Saeed Shirzad is held in Raja\u2019i Shahr Prison in Karaj near Tehran, awaiting the outcome of his appeal against his five-year prison term.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The political prisoner Saeed Shirzad, 27, was arrested and held in Evin Prison\u2019s ward 209 cells for two months without any communication with family and lawyer.
