بر اساس گزارشات تهیه شده توسط گزارشگر این سازمان در پی حضور اجباری مردم برای عظیم جلوه دادن تشیع جنازه “قاسم سلیمانی” که دوازدهم دیماه در عراق توسط نیروهای امریکایی کشته شد، به دلیل گیرکردن زیر دست و پا و خفگی در ازدهام جمعیت ده ها تن در استان کرمان کشته شدند.
گزارشات حاکی از کشته شدن بیش از سی تن است اما بر اساس گزارشات تهیه شده توسط تیم کمیسیون تبلیغات و انتشارات “سازمان دموکراتیک یارسان” به نقل از ارگان حقوق بشری هه نگاو در پی این اتفاق کشته شدگان به “۵۲” تن رسیده است.
لازم به ذکر است که گفته شود بر اساس منابع این تیم، اذهام و شلوغی این مراسم پس از آن اتفاق افتاد که طی چند روز گذشته به سران قبایل، اشخاص و نهادهای مردمی تحمیل شد تا پیام تسلیت برای مرگ این فرمانده سپاه پاسداران رسمٲ نوشته و از مردم درخواست کنند که در مراسم تشیع حضور به عمل بعمل آورند.
برخی از این مناطق که به سران آنها چنین تحمیل شده بود می توان به استان هایی مانند: بلوچستان، کرمانشاه، الاهواز و کرمان اشاره کرد.
