تخریب خانه باغ یکی از شهروندان در همدان به ظن استفاده از آن برای گردهمایی پیروان دین یاری

گزارشهای از طرف یکی از شهروندان پیرو دین یاری بە یارسان میدیا رسیدە است کە نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی در شهر کوچک صالح آباد بیست کلیومتری محور همدان به کرمانشاه خانە باغ این شهروند را تخریب کردەاند. بە گفتە آقای بهزاد زمانی صاحب خانە، بهانه این اقدام تغییر کاربری این محل بودە است. نیروهای امنیتی رژیم آقای بهزاد زمانی را متهم کردەاند کە از خانە برای فعالیت و گردهمایی یارسانی استفادە شدە است. آقای بهزاد زمانی اضافە میکند کە ایشان در ارتباط با حوادث خودسوزی سه تن از یاران یارسانی در همدان و در صالح آباد و تاسیس جم خانه سوم صالح آباد با تلاش های او، و ارتباط مستمر با مجمع مدنی یارسان به دبیر کلی سیاوش حیاطی دو مرتبه توسط نیروهای امنیتی رژیم جمهوری اسلامی دستگیر شدە است و یکبار هم راس ساعت دوازده شب با یورش به منزلش اقدام به ضرب و شتم او نمودند و مکرر خانوادەاش را به تلفن های دیر وقت تهدید می کردند. آقای زمانی خاطر نشان می کند تا سال گذشتە کە مجبور بە ترک ایران شدە عضو اصلی اولین مجمع یارسانیان همدان بنام شواری جم خانه های همدان بودە است. آقای بهزاد زمانی میگوید کە مدارک شغلی خودش و همسرش توسط نیروهای امنیتی رژیم باطل شدە است و مدارک کتبی این حکم ضمیمه این گزارش میشود.

هر چند کە یارسان میدیا نتوانستە است کە برای تایید صحت و سقم این گزارش با کسی درمحل این حادثە ارتباط برقرار کند ، اما از آنجایی کە مردم یارسان بە خاطر محرومیت از امکانات عمومی اکثر اداب و ملزومات دینی خود را در محلات بسیار خصوصی و در حد امکان دور از چشم مقامات دولتی انجام میدهند، اینطور اقدامات علیە شهروندان می تواند صورت بگیرد.

تعداد چشمگیری از شهروندان همدان و دیگر استانهای غربی ایران از پیروان دین یاری هستند، اما از امکانات دولتی برای ساخت محل عبادتگاە خود کە جم خانە میباشد محروم هستند و از انجا کە مسلمان بدون مهمترین شرط برای برخورداری از حق کامل شهروندی است، این جمعیت زیاد از خیلی از حقوق اجتماعی محروم هستند.

سازمان دمکراتیک یارسان خواهان زندگی برابر و بدور از تبعیضات دینی، ملی و جنسی برای تمام شهروندان می باشد و  برای رسیدن بە این هدف می کوشد و ما ضمن محکوم کردن این این اقدام نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی علیە این شهروندان بی دفاع سعی خواهیم کرد کە این اقدام علیە خانوادە بهزاد زمانی را بە گوش مجامعە بین المللی و دیگر ارگان های حقوق بشری برسانیم.
