هیوادارین لە ڕاپەڕاندنی ئەرکە نەتوەیی و نیشتمانیەکانتان و کاری سیاسیتان هەردەم سەرکەوتو بن.
ههروهک ههمووان ئاگادارن کاکهییهکانی باشوور وەک ههموو جهماوهری كوردستانی باشوور به ئهوپهڕی خۆشهاڵییهوه پێشوازیان له ڕزگار بوونی باشووری كوردستان كرد، و به ئهو هیواێه بوون كه گهلی كورد خۆی خاوهنی دەسەڵات و حکومەتی خۆی بێت و ئەوانیش بتوانن به ئازادی و دور لە هەڕەشە بژین و پێكهوهژیانێكی خۆشیان ههبێ لەگەڵ پێکهاتەکانی دی لە هەرێمی کوردستانی باشور. هەربۆیە بە دریژایی مێژۆو پارێزگاری ئاو خاکی نیشتیمان بوونەو زۆرێ لە ڕوڵەکانێان لە ڕێزەکانی هێزی پێشمەرگە گیانی خۆیان فیدای خاکی پیرۆزی کوردستان کردوە. هەروەها لەم ساڵانەی دووایی دا، سەربەرزانە دژی چەتەکانی داعش شەڕیان کردوە و لە ڕێگای مانەوەی کوردستان قوربانیان داوە. لەوپێناوەشدا زۆرجار تۆشی نەهامەتی و تیرور بوونەتەوە و تەنانەت شوینەپروزەکانیان کراونەتە ئامانج و بێ ڕێزیان پێ کراوە.
جێگای داخە، لهم سهردهمهدا که بهسهردهمی تهکنۆلۆژیا و بوژانهوهی فکری بە ناوبانگه، هێشتا کهسانێک بهرچاوتهسک لهنێو کومهڵگەی کوردی دا ههن که ههول ئهدن بهههرشێوهێک بێت، دژاێهتی یارسانیهکان (کاکەیی) بکهن. لە کاتێکدا حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان بانگەوازی پێکەوە ژیانی کلتور و ئایین و مەزهەبە جیاوازەکان دەکەن لە هەرێمی کوردستان و داوا دەکەن کە ڕێز لە هەموو کەمە نەتەوەێک کەمە نەتەوەیەکان بگیردرێ، بەڵام زۆر جێگای داخە کە لە ژێر دەسەڵاتی حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان دا، زۆر جار کاکەییەکان کە بەشێکی دانەبڕاو و یەکێک لە پێکهاتە سەرەکیکانی نیشتمانی کوردستانە زۆر جار لە لاێان بیرتەسکان و تاقمە تونڕەوەکانەوە توشی بێڕێزی دەبەن. بۆ نمونە هەندێک جار بە ئاشکار بینیومانە کە، ههندێک له مهلا ئاینیهکان خۆیان توڕه دهکهنو پرووپاگهندهی توندی ئایینی بهنیو خهڵکدا بڵاو دهکهنهوه و کوردانی یارسان ( کاکهیی) به کافر لهقهڵهم دهدهن. ههندێك مامۆستای ئایینی دهیانهوێت بۆ مهبهستی تایبهتی ئهو جیاوازییه دروست بكهن، بۆیە ئەمە ڕێگە خۆشکەرە بۆ کەسانی گێرە شێوێن ودژ بەئاشتی و پێکەوە ژیانی کۆمەڵایەتی تاکو بێڕێزی بە کاکەییەکان بکەن کە ئەگەر حکومەتی هەرێم ڕێگری لەم کردەوانە نەگات، لە ڕوی سیاسی و کۆمەڵاێەتیەوە کێشەی بۆ دروست دەبێت و پێکهاتە و کەمە ئایینیەکان یەک لەوان کاکەییەکان(یارسانەکان) هەست بە بێگانە بوون و نائەمنی بکەن.
بەداخەوە ئەمجارە بینیمان لە ڕێکەوتی ١٦|٣|٢٠٢٠ لە سنووری پارێزگای هەولێری پایتەختی حکومەتی هەریمی
کوردستان، لە ناوچەی سوفەییە سووکایەتی بە گۆڕستانێکی کاکەییەکان کرا. لەو کردەوە ناشیرین و نا ئیخلاقیە دا کێلی بەشێکی زۆر لە گۆڕەکان شکێنراوە و شێوێنراون. بۆیە ئیمە وەکو سازمانی دیموکراتیکی یارسان بەتوندی سەرکۆنەی ئەو کردەوە ناشارستانی و ترسنۆکانە دەکەین و داوا لە حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان و هەروەها لاێەنە پێوەندیدارەکان دەکەین کە لەمبارەوە بێ دەنگ نەبن و هەڵوێستیان هەبێت بەرانبەر بە ئەنجامدەرانی ئەم کردوە ناشیرنە.
هەر وەها لە پەرلەمانی حکومەتی هەریمی کوردستان داوا دەکەین کە لەمبارەوە ڕێ و شوێنە یاساییەکان لەبەر بگرن.
ئێمە باوەڕمان وایە کە حکومەت و پارلەمانی کوردستان ئەرک و وەزیفەێان پاراستنی گیان و ماڵ و حاڵی گشت پێکهاتەکان لە هەرێمی کوردستان و خەڵکی کورد و هەموو پێکهاتە نەتەوەیی و ئایینیەکان دەبێ هەست بە ئاسایش و پارێزان بکەن.
بۆیە ئەم جۆرە کردەوە ناشارستانیەت و نا ئیخلاقیانە دەتوانێ زەرەر و زیانی بۆ پێکەوە ژیان و هەست بە ئاسودەیی کردن بگەێنێ و حکومەتی هەرێم لە باری سیاسیوە لە لاێەن وڵاتانی دەرەوە و لاێانگرانی مافی مروڤەوە بخاتە ژێر پرسیارەوە.
ئیمە دژی هەر کارێکین کە ببێتە هۆی تێکدانی بنەماکانی پێکەوەژیانی برایانەی ئاین و نەتەوە جیاوازەکان لە هەرێمی کوردستان.
لە کۆتایی دا داواکارین لە دەزگاکانی ئاسایش و پۆلیسی حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان، بەدواداچونی جدی لەو ڕووداوە بکەن و داوای دۆزینەوەو بەسزاگەێاندنی بکەرانی ئەم بێڕێزیە دەکەین تاکو ڕووبەڕووی یاسا بکرێنەوە و بەسزای خۆیان بگەن.
